El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida el compromiso organizacional predice la satisfacción laboral y la deserción laboral de los profesionales de educación de las Asociaciones Educativas Adventistas del Perú. El tipo de investigación es cuantitativa con un diseño no experimental-correlacional de corte transversal, se aplicó un estudio de regresión lineal simple para estimar el coeficiente de determinación (R2) entre las variables. La muestra estuvo conformada por 301 docentes que se obtuvo por conveniencia del investigador.
