This applied research project aims to design and development of proposals for continuous improvement to a logistics operator in the country. Receiving processes, inventory management and distribution company analyzed; in which problems and then analyze the causes thereof and raise various proposals to improve processes, each with its respective validation were identified. In the receiving process is carried out a pilot plan in inventory management and distribution an implementation pilot plan. The methods used throughout the project are: Toyota Business Practices, Kaizen and 5S.
