This investigation is carried out in the historic center of the city of Tumbes in Peru, which at present houses masonry in a clear state of disrepair, and has as its focus the old Cabildo. In said context, it seeks to discover and analyze the levels of recognition and participatory management, given different uses, of the valuation and memory of this historical cultural heritage, in order to identify the influence they exert in its conservation. The low level of interest of the citizens of Tumbes in the face of the Cabildo’s heritage is equivalent as if society entering a state of oblivion with respect to its monuments, losing even the ability to recognize them, which is analogously defined as heritage Alzheimer.

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar en qué nivel la implementación de un Parque lineal como infraestructura de salud pública promueve condiciones saludables a nivel biopsicosocial en los pobladores de La Esmeralda, Trujillo-2020, la investigación se realizó con una muestra de 242 habitantes además de contar con 3 parques y 10 calles como unidades de análisis, por otra parte, se utilizó estadística descriptiva y estadística inferencial aplicando la prueba no paramétrica de Kolmogorov – Smirnov y la prueba Rho de Spearman, asimismo se aplicó una metodología para la calificación de espacios públicos de la urbanización, obteniendo como resultados una correlación de spearman alta de 0.795 entre la variable independiente parque lineal y la variable dependiente condiciones saludables a nivel biopsicosocial, además se obtuvo indicadores ecológicos de 0.46...
