The purpose of this communication some foundation natural law in order to analyze the STC No. O9332-2006-PA / TC regarding new family structures recognized by the Constitutional Court. En el Perú últimamente han surgido nuevas estructuras familiares por diversos factores y el debilitamiento de la familia como instituto natural. El Tribunal Constitucional (TC) a través de la sentencia No. 09332-2006-PA/TC (STC) reconoció algunas de éstas, equiparándolas con la familia. Ante estos hechos nos planteamos como objetivo principal analizar la STC, con fundamento iusnaturalista, en lo referente a las nuevas estructuras familiares y como objetivos específicos: definir la situación de la institución familiar, analizar la configuración de nuevas estructuras familiares en relación a la STC y argumentar con visión iusnaturalista la posible afectación de la familia por el pronunciamiento del TC, respecto a las nuevas estructuras familiares.
