To determine the correlation between hyperglycemia at hospital admission and mortality in non-diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction Materials and methods: analytical, cross-sectional historical cohort study. Medical records of 150 adult patients with diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, treated in the Emergency HRDT, which consist measuring their blood glucose levels on admission. OBJETIVO: Determinar si el índice de Lok, tiene valor diagnóstico para la presencia de várices esofágicas en pacientes con cirrosis hepática del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Trujillo MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: Estudio de pruebas diagnósticas, análisis descriptivo, transversal, observacional, retrospectivo. La población serán pacientes con diagnóstico de cirrosis hepática, del Servicio de Gastroenterología (Consultorio Externo) del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, EsSalud, Trujillo; durante el periodo enero 2016 – diciembre 2019.
