Abstract Objetive: The main objective of this thesis was to determine how recognition and remuneration intervene in the rotation of dental surgeons in a dental clinic in Metropolitan Lima 2018. Methodology: The type of research carried out was transversal, analytical and prospective with a non-experimental design. The study population consisted of 42 dentist from the dental office. A non-probabilistic sample of intentional type was selected, considering all dentist since the population is small. The technique and instrument was a file data I collected, which was completed according to the information founded in the files of the dentist provided by the Human Resources area.
