This article presents the current problem of the sinking of the terrestrial spaces of certain insular states due to the rise in sea level caused by climate change. This problem led to the approval of the topic Sea-level rise in relation to international law in the programme of work of the United Nations International Law Commission, particularly in the area of statehood. The legal implications of the total sinking of the terrestrial space are analyzed in accordance with current international law, verifying that the final one is the loss of statehood. In order to solve the legal problem raised, the application of a legal fiction is proposed by which the baselines of the States at risk are considered frozen, which has already been presented as an issue to be studied in the aforementioned area by the International Law Commission.

El presente artículo presenta un análisis jurídico acerca del cumplimiento del Perú del Acuerdo OTC de la OMC al elaborar una serie de reglamentos técnicos en materia de salud aplicables a alimentos conocidos como “los octógonos”. Se parte del estudio de la normativa interna a la luz de la internacional, apoyado en jurisprudencia y doctrina, para finalmente concluir que no se cumplió cabalmente el Acuerdo.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze whether law is indeed a type of knowledge that should be presumed to be known or not known by all. Based on a review of various authors and standards, language barriers against the possibility of effective access to various types of national and international regulations are identified. Finally, some solutions to the above-mentioned problems are proposed.

El ácido tranexámico puede reducir la sangría en pacientes sometidos a cirugía electiva. En el presente estudio se evaluaron los efectos de la administración temprana de ácido tranexámico en eventos oclusivos vasculares, en recepción de transfusión de sangre y en muerte, en pacientes de trauma. Se realizó un ensayo controlado aleatorio que incluyó a 20211 pacientes adultos con trauma y sangrado significativo o riesgo de él, de 274 hospitales de 40 países. Los pacientes fueron asignados aleatoriamente dentro de las 8 horas de la lesión. La aleatorización fue equilibrada por centro, con una secuencia de asignación basada en un tamaño de bloque de ocho, generado con un número aleatorio de computadora generador.
