The objective of the research was to establish the relationship of coping strategies to stress and the psychological well-being of adolescents from a Private Educational Institution. The research was basic, descriptive - correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional. It had a total of 134 adolescents belonging to the 4th and 5th year of high school, with ages ranging from 14 to 16 years. The Adolescent Coping Scale (ACS) and the Adolescent Psychological Well-being Scale (Bieps-J) were produced as instruments. The results made it possible to show that adolescents have a good level (51.5%) of psychological well-being and that the coping strategies most frequently used are seeking relaxing entertainment (15.7%) and social action (25, 4 %). La investigación sobre el Modelo de gestión empresarial para incrementar la competitividad de las mypes del sector maderero del Parque Industrial de Villa El Salvador, tuvo como objetivo establecer un modelo de gestión empresarial que incida en la competitividad de las mypes en la fabricación de muebles de madera. La metodología usada tuvo un enfoque mixto: en lo cualitativo se usó la técnica de entrevista semiestructurada a los expertos y empresarios de las mypes y en lo cuantitativo se utilizó un tipo descriptivo correlacional.
