La investigación aporta al ODS 8: “Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico”, dado que se promueve la creación de empleo, mejora de la calidad de empleo e impulso al crecimiento económico; el objetivo general fue, determinar el impacto de las prácticas éticas en el control interno de la empresa Ángel Divino S.A.C.; considerando un estudio aplicado, cuantitativo, no experimental, descriptivo y explicativo; conformada por 50 trabajadores de la empresa de transportes; encontrando que existe impacto directo y significativo entre las prácticas éticas y el control interno con modelo de regresión estadísticamente significativo (F = 18,437, p < 0,001), revelando la falta de integridad empresarial, ausencia de actividades de control, falta de comunicación y supervisión, se concluye que la investigación realizada proporciona evidencia empírica del impacto negativo de la falta de ...

Objective: To describe the endoscopic findings of the ventilation pathways found during type I tympanoplasty in patients with non-cholesteatomatous COM (chronic otitis media). Materials and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study, we evaluated 32 patients with non-cholesteatomatous COM with and without epitympanic retraction (ER) (Grade I-III, according to Mirko Tos classification), with a history of type I tympanoplasty (June, 2018 – January, 2020) in the otorhinolaryngology service of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital. Patients with previous middle ear surgeries, with cholesteatomatous COM, with ER grade IV and surgical acts not digitally stored were excluded.
