The present work had as purpose realize an evaluation of the current situation of the industrial productive Textile sector - Confections in Huancayo's province. In the investigation there is defined the Sectorial Identity, Internal and External Analysis of Textile Sector and Michael Porter's Competitive Diamond, and later to she there are outlined the respective Strategic Offers, the same ones that seek to raise the levels of internal and external competitiveness. Since methodological tools have been in use, the FODA Analysis, the same one that has allowed the definition of the Strengths and Weaknesses as part of the internal analysis, and the Opportunities and Threats as part of the external diagnosis.
