During the year 2023, three Whitaker-type plots have been established with the objetive of ecologically managing the natural stands of “camu camu” (Myrciaria dubia) present in the middle basin of the Nanay river near the Santa Clara community, the records were carried out both in flood in vacant, the technique applied for the ecological mangement of the stands was pruning in one of the plots and in other plot of the same age no intervention was made, which served for the comparative analysis between fruit production and in the third plot where it has received 100% of light for analysis of the incidence of sunlight on production during the first years of the colonization of “camu camu” as pioneer species.
