This study aimed to determine the correlation between endometrial thickness and detection of endometrial pathology in women with postmenopausal bleeding by using transvaginal ultrasound. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Descriptive, retrospective study, conducted in patients treated between 2009 and 2013 in the service of Gynecology of Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, which included 86 women with postmenopausal bleeding who underwent measurement of endometrial thickness by transvaginal ultrasound and endometrial biopsy. RESULTS: The histopathological findings were normal endometrium: 29.06%, endometrial atrophy: 16.27%, endometrial polyp: 11.63%, hyperplasia without atypia 23.25%, hyperplasia with atypia: 10.46%, endometrial carcinoma: 9.3%. Se evaluará si el déficit de vitamina D es factor de riesgo para urticaria crónica en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray; se incluirán a pacientes atendidos en el Servicio de Dermatología del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Trujillo durante el periodo 2017 a 2021 por medio de un diseño retrospectivo, analítico, observacional, de casos y controles. En el análisis estadístico de los datos de la investigación, la prueba Chi cuadrado será utilizada para probar asociaciones entre datos bivariados; se realizará el cálculo del Odds ratio de la deficiencia de vitamina D respecto al riesgo de urticaria crónica, así como de su intervalo de confianza al 95%. Con las variables intervinientes se obtendrá el modelo multivariado de regresión logística.
