In this ethnographic study we express the continuous visible presence of the Afroperuvians, linked to the economic political and religious life of the country; with impact on the cult to the «Lord. of Pachacamilla» that integrates the Andean, African-American, Hispanic and mestizo ethnic groups from colonial times down to the present. Even the cults to «Santa Efigenia» and «Kyrios Zulú» are more legitimate for descendents of Afroperuvians, although there is also a presence here of the Andeans and mestizos. This study is about the ways of the culture identification and the ethnic legitimation through the reinvention of the Santa Efigenia’s Wroship, as the only «Santa Morena» from the Cañete valley, from Lima-Perú and, that these last years is incoming as a cultural force or as a religious icon, associated to the history of the afroperuanos fron colonial origin and of the contemporany Andean inmigrants. Likewise, this study explain now the archetypes works in the act escenary in order to ask for their cultural programs and alternative projects in a changing scenary and an integral develope of the country.

The “Virgen de las Nieves” cult from Qasiri and Coracora village show us two kind of models of family and goverment organization: 1. The unstructured family with high predominance of the women decisions, this model is desappearing. 2. And the improvement of the familiar union as the basis of the goverment organization, this model is getting more prevalent.

Qasiri is a peasant community knowed as women village, because of the early emigration of the husbands in search of work, at the first decades of XX century; although, according to the oral version it would be a result of the underlyng history tradition of the ayllus andinos of precolombian origin.

From the anthropological perspective, the problem of the Indian, the indigenous race or the peasant question, are environments themselves to the historical process of the agrarian question of the nation-State, evidenced by a mode of prestige, power and conflict that settled in forms and relations of property, condition that extends to the present in the dichotomous image of the «modern Republic» and the «Andean communities».
