The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between endomarketing and organizational commitment in the Provincial Municipality of Ucayali - Contamana, 2019. Being a study with a quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational type, and non-experimental design, for which a sample of 182 workers has been taken. For data collection, the survey technique has been used and the questionnaire as an instrument. The work concluded that the development of endomarketing is inadequate, as there are difficulties in achieving staff development, as well as in hiring and retaining them; in the same way, staff have had difficulties adjusting to work, as demonstrated by inadequate internal communication.
