This report will introduce the different steps in development for the Qempo Marketplace Backend project, starting from the initial proposal all the way to the current situation, lessons learned and future improvements. This project is part of a technological proposal that begins with analyzing the existing processes through the demonstration of a full technological product. The reason my report details only the backend component is because this was the area under my responsibility. The business value proposition was originally bringing consumer goods from the United States with ease.
