El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la tendencia temática de las tesis de Maestría en Docencia Universitaria, buscando resolver ¿Qué es lo que investigan los investigadores? aplicado al ámbito de la investigación en Docencia Universitaria. Para ello enfocó su desarrollo de forma cuantitativa utilizando muestreo probabilístico, distribución de frecuencias y análisis de correspondencia. Se analizó aleatoriamente 342 tesis publicadas en el repositorio web de una universidad peruana entre el 2015 y octubre del 2022. En los resultados se evidenció que los temas centrales de las tesis de docencia universitaria son: el uso de tics o recursos tecnológicos con una participación del 21%; tesis con la aplicación de temas psicológicos con 23%, investigaciones enfocados en el aprendizaje del estudiante con un 11%, el rendimiento académico con un 8% de participación; el d...

Introduction: The analysis of dentistry thesis in Peru, provides valuable information to optimize efforts related to solving oral health problems. Objective: To analyze undergraduate dental theses from Peruvian universities during 2015-2019. Method: Descriptive, associative and quantitative study. 1389 theses from 14 public and private universities were analyzed. The variables: university name and type, number of authors, access to full text, academic-professional areas, type of research and orientation to prevalent diseases in the oral cavity, year and origin region. Results: Of the total number of theses, access to the full text was obtained in 66.5%, an 87.7% had only one author and the 66.7% was descriptive research.
