The Sub Division for the Welfare of Urban Transportation, Traffic and Road Safety Unit also known as Traffic is the specialist of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín, on the subject of transporting small vehicles in the city of Tarapoto and the province of San office Martin in the San Martín region.
