ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to explain the influence that incentives (provided to the employees of an air navigation services provider in Peru) have on the organizational training of this institution. The Civil Aviation Instruction Center (CIAC) of the Peruvian Corporation of Airports and Commercial Aviation (CORPAC S.A.) is responsible for the training, updating and specialization of the company’s personnel (approximately 1,500 workers at the national level); with the purpose of optimizing their competencies and thus the provision of air navigation services in the Peruvian State. Explica la influencia que tienen los incentivos (que se brindan a los trabajadores de una empresa proveedora de servicios de navegación aérea del Perú), en la capacitación organizacional de dicha institución. El Centro de Instrucción de Aviación Civil (CIAC), de la Corporación Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviación Comercial (CORPAC S.A.) es responsable de la capacitación del personal de la empresa (aproximadamente 1,500 trabajadores a nivel nacional); con la finalidad de optimizar sus competencias y con ello la prestación de los servicios de navegación aérea en el Estado Peruano. Se utilizaron fuentes secundarias para la validación de las hipótesis, obtenidas de los datos de la Gerencia del CIAC, durante el periodo 2009-2018. Para las pruebas de hipótesis se aplicó el programa SPSS (versión 25) y se aplicó el método de la regresión lineal.
