El trabajo de investigación finalizado, se basó en determinar la formalización y gestión de calidad del sector Transportes Fluviales Rápidos del distrito de Iquitos. Este documento académico se elaboró bajo la metodología de investigación del tipo descriptivo – transversal - no experimental y aplicó un cuestionario estructurado de 28 preguntas a través de la técnica de encuesta, obteniéndose como resultados: Del emprendedor: edad, joven (18 a 29 años, 42,9%) y joven adulto (30 a 44 años, 42,9%). El 42,9% cuenta con instrucción técnica y 35,7% nivel secundaria; los microempresarios denominan “dueño” al cargo directriz que desempeña en su negocio (50,0%). The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between public investment invierte.pe and the welfare of the population of the district of Iquitos, 2018. It is justified by the importance of knowledge and effective management of the destinations of public resources and their impact on the community.
