The level of education of the population contributes to having a better, fairer society, with less poverty and greater possibilities for personal development. This master thesis seeks to determine the relationship between the budget execution of the Regional Directorate of Education of Loreto to increase the population's access to regular basic education and the number of new students, in the period 2015 - 2019. With this objective, the present investigation of Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design was carried out.
