In the present work of investigation a system of control and acquisition of experimental data is presented, that operates through a microcontroller that allows to fix the temperature of operation in the drying chamber. With the equipment installed and the appropriate instrumentation, the macroscopic parameters for the drying of solids were fixed, such as the speed, temperature and relative humidity of the air or process flow that influence the drying time, producing its variation or change in the humidity of the product. to dry.
