The present titled investigation word "Human right to the drinkable water", was development with the objective of to foment and to recognize the access to the drinkable water, as universal, indivisible and non prescription human right; for it, we accessed to different investigations carried out by government organisms, civil society and people in the tapie. The supply of insufficient and inadequate drinkable water that imply risks represents a constant problem about the world population's health. The World Organization of Health (WOH) estimates that 80 % of all the illnesses in the world in development, are caused by the lack of clean water and appropriate reparation, being mainly this one ofthe main causes ofillnesses deaths in the children. El estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la cultura financiera con el endeudamiento de los socios de la Cooperativa Agraria Allima Cacao Limitada, durante el año 2019; para lo cual se tuvo en consideración teorías de autores pertenecientes al tema. La investigación fue de tipo no experimental transversal y se empleó un diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población estuvo compuesta por 152 socios y la muestra por 110 de ellos que fueron seleccionados al azar. La técnica empleada para obtener la información fue la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario de preguntas. Entre las conclusiones se tuvo que el nivel de cultura financiera fue la siguiente: 56% con nivel medio, 43% con bajo nivel y 1% con alto nivel; mientras que el nivel de endeudamiento fue: 66% bajo nivel, 26% nivel medio y 8% alto nivel; y para terminar, se demostró que existe correlac...
