Ligands type 1-monosustituted-3-benzoylthiourea were prepared using the Hartman-Reuther Method. The copper complexes prepared from these ligands were characterized by ESR, 1 R, and Electronic S pectroscopy, Differential Thermical Analysis, and elemental analysis. These ligands have shown unexpected behavior, forming Copper (11) complexes in which their both N-H groups, were probably deprotonized, with a polymeric structure.

The synthesis of Bis[1,1-diethyl-benzoylthioureathe]lead(II)complex, Pb[PhCONCSNEt2]2 and has been characterized by elementary analysis and IR spectra; the complex has a global formula C24H30ON2S2Pb with number of coordination 4; as well as, binding is double-toothed, coordinating by oxygen and sulphur. In the aquo-dioxane system, has been determined the acid constan! of 1, 1-diethyl-3-benzoylthioureathe ligand, Ka=9,31*1O^(-10), pKa=9,03 with ionic force of the dissolution μ=0.2, contributed by the ionic salt of KHN03 . The constan! of stability of the Bis[1, 1-diethylbenzoilthioureathe]lead(II), Pb[PhCONCSN(Et)2]2, K1= 2,35x10^(-6) ; K2=1,17x10^(6), logB1=6,37; logB2=12,44 through the semi-ñ method.

In this study reported some progress in the synthesis of copper ( II ) with ligands monosubstituted benzoiltioureas type , by ico electroquím method. According to this objective we have apl I ied the following procedure has been synthesized ligand 1-phenyl -3 - benzoylthiourea ( H2L ) , which has been characterized by anal y elemental sis, and IR spectroscopy , 1H - NMR , 13C NMR and mass spectrometry . 1H NMR spectroscopy confirms the presence of a hydrogen bond between the proton type of CS- NH group and the oxygen of the CO group . n 1999, global copper production is based on a 80 % in low-grade ores , the metal content is below 2 %. This has focused research efforts - to develop alternative ways to cough pyrometallurgical processes such as hydrometallurgical extraction processes . Since the advent of the first commercial extractants in markets 30 years ago (LIX 63 ), research was directed towards the study of properties such as selectivity , kinetics and solubility at different pH values ​​. Copper, due to its electronic configuration and their different oxidation states , complexes in which the ligands have to have specific selectivity and stability in the organic phase. In the experimental part of this work , complexes of Cu ( I) and Cu ( II ) with anionic and neutral chelating ligands according to their electrochemical properties were studied.

The Bioinorganic Chemistry is the newest discipline of Inorganic Chemistry. Despite his youth, has found many applications in various fields such as medicine, Hidrometalugia and Materials Science. in this article an overview of the current status of research in this area is presented through concrete examples of the principles and applications as the study of biominerals, biomineralization processes, bioceramic, bioleaching and metal complexes for medicinal use (therapeutic and diagnostic). The objective of this work is reaslatar the importance of this emerging discipline and integration possibilities it offers for the Peruvian and Latin American science.
