It is evident that the female gender has been entering the paid work environment and positioning itself more in it. In addition, domestic violence against women in Peru develops within an existing gender gap that is more evident, by a society that is not very inclusive in norms, laws and rights and at the cultural level, configuring it as a society where opportunities for men predominate. There are many cases of domestic violence reported by ENDES, and the CEM at the national level.
