El objetivo fue establecer asociación entre los síntomas depresivos y disfunción cognitiva en pacientes oncológicos con cáncer de mama sometidos a alguna intervención terapéutica en un hospital de Lambayeque, periodo 2023. El estudio fue observacional, transversal, analítico, cuantitativo y tipo censal, población conformada por 142 pacientes con el diagnóstico de cáncer de mama. Dando como resultado que 38 % de las pacientes con este cáncer se encontraban entre 50 a 59 años, mientras que 46,5 % eran solteras, 64,7 % presentó un tiempo de enfermedad superior a un año y 22,5 % mostró hipertensión arterial como comorbilidad principal. Respecto al estadio clínico, 51,4 % tenía estadio III y 33,8 % estadio II. Además, que 93,7 % recibió quimioterapia, 83,8 % radioterapia y 80,3 % cirugía. “Greater occupational exposure may have a positive effect on the development of resilience. We aimed to determine the association between working time and resilience in Peruvian military personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic. A secondary data analysis was performed including 586 records of military personnel who supported the health emergency during the second epidemic wave in Lambayeque, Peru. Resilience was measured with the short form of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Working time and other relevant covariates were collected by self-report. Generalized linear models were used. The mean resilience score was 22.18 and 43.2% scored high for resilience. Participants reported that they are strong individuals when facing difficulties (42.3%), are able to handle unpleasant feelings (40.3%), and achieve their goals despite obstacles (40.4%).
