El estudio de diseño cuantitativo no experimental, transversal descriptivo, correlacional, realizado bajo los lineamientos de la Estrategia Sanitaria Nacional de Prevención y Control De Tuberculosis en la Microred el Porvenir, Trujillo 2022. Con la finalidad de determinar si el conocimiento sobre complicaciones de tuberculosis, está relacionado a la adhesión al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis. La muestra estuvo conformada por 52 pacientes con tuberculosis, confirmada y en tratamiento. Se utilizo dos instrumentos: cuestionario, que evalúa el nivel cognitivo sobre tuberculosis y la adhesión al tratamiento. Los resultados se muestran en tablas con frecuencias porcentuales y numéricas de doble entrada, el 50% tuvo nivel alto de conocimeintos,26.9% nivel medio y 23 .1% nivel bajo.
