La investigación presente tuvo por objetivo general Determinar la relación entre gestión administrativa y atención al usuario en una institución pública, Pimentel 2024; El ODS considerado fue el nº17 denominado Alianzas para Lograr Objetivos; la metodología fue tipo básico con enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño empleado fue descriptivo no experimental de corte transversal y alcance correlacional no causal; los instrumentos se elaboraron considerando la escala tipo Likert; la población se conformó por 55 servidores públicos.
