The organizational culture, it is important to understand the success or failure of a management, it helps us to know the problem that could occur in an organization, the present study deals with the relationship of the organizational culture with the teaching performance of the Mariano Melgar Educational Institution of Breña, with the objective of analyzing this relationship and knowing its effects. La cultura organizacional, es importante para comprender el éxito o fracaso de una gestión, nos ayuda a conocer la problemática que podría darse en una organización, el presente estudio trata la relación de la cultura organizacional con el desempeño docente de la Institución Educativa Mariano Melgar de Breña, con el objetivo de analizar esta relación y conocer sus efectos.
