The objective of this applied, cross-sectional, explanatory and correlational-causal research was to establish the relationship between academic stress and demographic factors in statistics students of I, III and V cycle, applying the ordinal logistic regression model. From the results obtained, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables under study, obtaining a p-value of 0.046, also, it was found that the level of academic stress in statistics students is low with 70.5%.
