Objective: The present research was conducted in order to determine the influence of quality of service on students´ satisfaction of The Faculty of Business and Judicial Sciences of Jorge Basadre Grohmann National University of Tacna. Method: The work corresponds as a basic research type and correlational level. For this purpose it was considered information obtained through the application of the questionnaire measuring instrument for assessing the quality of service and satisfaction provided in The Faculty of Business and Judicial Sciences, which were applied to students with technical survey, using the Likert scale. After the phase of analysis and interpretation of the results was determined that in the Faculty Business and Judicial Sciences, quality of service influences on students´ satisfaction. El presente trabajo de investigación hace un análisis de los aspectos implicados en el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Dirección Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo de Tacna. Se aplicó los instrumentos de recolección de datos a 13 trabajadores (personal administrativo) que trabajaron en la Dirección Regional de Comercio Exterior y Turismo de Tacna en el año 2009, en el cual se busca establecer la influencia entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores. Los resultados finales demuestran que no existe un nivel significativo de correlación entre las variables del clima organizacional y desempeño laboral; el clima organizacional es percibido de manera positiva, los factores que requieren ser atendidos son la recompensa, los estándares y los conflictos; finalmente se identificó que el desempeño laboral de los ...
