Esta investigación analiza cómo las organizaciones sociales influyen en la construcción de redes de ciudadanía en espacios con deficiencia estatal. A partir del análisis de las redes de ciudadanía y deficiencia estatal, y el estudio de caso- la organización social “La Lombriz Feliz” en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho (Lima)- se pretende mostrar que la organización contribuye a la formación de la ciudadanía al desarrollar actividades que suplen las deficiencias del Estado local.

Based on the analysis of the networks of citizenship in the case study —the social organization “La Lombriz Feliz” in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho (Lima)— it is intended to show that the organization contributes to the formation of citizenship by developing activities that supplement the deficiencies of the local State.

The article presents qualitative research on territorial citizenship in the neighborhoods of Santa Isabel and El Independiente, in the district of El Agustino, Lima. It analyzes how the Agustibarrio Strategy, specifically the actions of women in community kitchens, exemplify rooted territorial citizenship driven by local knowledge and collaboration among local actors. Furthermore, it highlights how their community participation becomes a form of resistance in the face of adversity, emphasizing the importance of social support networks in daily activities to combat hunger during the Covid-19 pandemic. The document is organized into five sections: an introduction where the objectives and conceptual framework that accompanies the research analysis are set out; a section that describes the methodology carried out; then the results and the analysis itself; and finally, the conclusions.
