To report the epidemiological clinical profile of optic nerve drusen (DNO) in patients treated at the Javier Servat Univazo IRO-JSU Regional Institute of Ophthalmology from January 2014 to December 2018 Methods: Descriptive and retrospective study, in which 250 clinical records of patients with a diagnosis of DNO in the IRO-JSU Neuro Ophthalmology service were reviewed in the period January 2014 to December 2018. 27 histories were selected that met the criteria of inclusion, taking as a sample a total of 46 eyes. Results: Of the 27 patients with DNO, 51.9% were in the age range between 30 and 59 years, 70.4% were women, 81.5% were of urban origin and 70.4% did not have comorbidities, being arterial hypertension the most frequent (11.1%).
