Una de las herramientas usadas por los pueblos afrodescendientes de América Latina y el Caribe en la lucha por sus territorios ha sido el recurso a las instancias de justicia. Este artículo se centra en el papel que ha jugado específicamente la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (Corte IDH) en relación con las reivindicaciones territoriales de los pueblos afrodescendientes.
