Establece la asociación entre el comportamiento y el estrés laboral en los conductores de la empresa. El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, de nivel correlacional; el diseño fue observacional de corte transversal, como técnica se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Respecto al instrumento se recurrió a un formulario de 27 preguntas el cual se aplicó a 108 conductores. Como parte de los resultados se pudo verificar la hipótesis general, demostrando que existe asociación entre el comportamiento y el estrés laboral en los conductores de la empresa, obteniendo un valor Rho de Spearman de 0.533, lo cual equivale una correlación positiva moderada.
