El objetivo de la investigación fue demostrar que la aplicación de la metodología del ABP mejora la competencia Convive y participa democráticamente en estudiantes de primero de educación secundaria de la IE José Olaya del Distrito de Cachachi – Provincia de Cajabamba, 2022. Para ello, se utilizó el tipo de investigación analítico-sintético, el diseño de investigación preexperimental, el método inductivo-deductivo, la técnica de la observación, instrumentos como la lista de cotejo y la rúbrica, y la muestra de estudio estuvo formada por 26 estudiantes de primer grado “A” de la IE José Olaya – Cachachi.
