The project aims to evaluate the viability of implementing a rooftop bar aimed at the segment of adults aged 35 years and older, of socioeconomic levels (SES) A and B in the district of San Isidro, in Lima. The evaluation of the project began with the analysis of secondary sources. Then, a market research was carried out that included a qualitative phase with interviews with potential clients, as well as bar owners and key suppliers in the sector. This was complemented with quantitative research based on surveys, with an extremely reliable sample of 404 people and resulted in the validation of the added value that a rooftop has compared to other types of bars due to the atmosphere and the chosen location.
