Determina la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y el desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de salud del Hospital Modular Bicentenario Chota “Gilberto Villena Arrobas” Cajamarca. El presente estudio es descriptivo, cuantitativo, no experimental y de corte transversal. La muestra fue censal y el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, se incluyeron a 120 trabajadores de salud, quienes fueron evaluados vía virtual mediante dos cuestionarios realizados en Google Forms. Los datos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva y la prueba de Rho de Spearman. Se determinó que el 48% de los trabajadores presentaron nivel moderado del síndrome de burnout, el 28% presentó nivel alto y el 24% presentó nivel bajo; el 42% presentaron nivel regular en su desempeño laboral, el 34% nivel bueno y el 24% nivel deficiente.
