La presente tesis tiene por objetivo una buena gestión administrativa, para la empresa FERREMAS, se iniciará con el análisis de la empresa, buscando la tecnología adecuada, se evalúan sus necesidades en su manejo de información, resaltando carencias; se observa que existe mucha ignorancia en los temas de tecnología de información. Se profundiza el concepto de ERP y su mejora en la gestión de operaciones para una buena toma de decisiones, se explican las ventajas, causas para su implantación y su impacto en las empresas.
