Refinery (also referred as “Relapasa” or “the company”), in order to determine the fundamental value of its common shares at the close of the fiscal year 2019. Relapasa is a company dedicated to refine, commercialize, and distribute derivatives from petroleum. It has up to 54% of market participation in the products it refines.
