Se ha diseñado un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional el cual consistió en: capacitaciones, medidas de prevención, mapa de riesgos y procedimientos de trabajo seguro, que se elaboraron de acuerdo a las actividades ejecutadas en la entidad pública mencionada. Las mejoras obtenidas con el Sistema de SSO, se pueden evidenciar con: el cumplimiento del compromiso e involucramiento 70%, el cumplimiento de política de seguridad y salud ocupacional es 100%, cumplimiento de planeamiento y aplicación es 58.82%, cumplimiento de implementación y operación es 84%, cumplimiento de evaluación normativa es 55.56%, el cumplimiento de verificación es 75%, cumplimiento de control de información y documentos es 60%, el cumplimiento de revisión por la dirección es 83.33%. Los riesgos laborales se redujeron en el Depósito municipal; el Nivel de Riesgo moderado disminuyó a 7.14%, el nivel de riesgo tolerable y riesgo trivial aumentaron a 71.43% y 21.43% respectivamente. La evaluación económica presenta VAN de S/. 92,463.98 y el TIR de 49.36%. La relación B/C de 1.58 quiere decir que por cada sol invertido se va a ganar 0.58 soles.

An Occupational Health and Safety System has been designed which consisted of: training, prevention measures, risk map and safe work procedures, which were prepared according to the activities carried out in the aforementioned public entity. The improvements obtained with the SSO system can be evidenced by: compliance with the commitment and involvement 70%, compliance with the occupational health and safety policy is 100%, compliance with planning and application is 58.82%, compliance with implementation and operation is 84%, regulatory assessment compliance is 55.56%, verification compliance is 75%, information and document control compliance is 60%, management review compliance is 83.33%. Occupational risks were reduced in the Municipal Warehouse; the moderate Risk Level decreased to 7.14%, the tolerable risk level and trivial risk increased to 71.43% and 21.43% respectively. The economic evaluation presents VAN of S/. 92,463.98 and the IRR of 49.36%.
