Asimismo, la técnica empleada para recolectar información fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Se concluyó que existe relación entre el ausentismo (r = 0, 449) con un nivel moderado y sig. = 0,000 < 0,05 en el clima laboral en la empresa DCA Security SAC, 2020. Asimismo, se comprobó en el análisis descriptivo que el ausentismo tiene un nivel alto según el 56.84% de los encuestados, mientras que el clima laborar tiene un nivel medio según el 48.95%.

In addition, the methodology was of an applicate type, with a correlational level and a quantitative approach. On the other hand, the population consisted of 375 employees of the company DCA Security SAC, Lima 2020 and as a sample, 190 employees were obtained. Likewise, the technique used to collect information was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument. It was concluded that there is a relationship between absenteeism (r = 0.449) with a moderate level and sig. = 0.000 <0.05 in the work environment in the company DCA Security SAC, 2020.
