Además, dadas las circunstancias que asolaron al mundo en el año 2020, estas necesidades se rectifican, y se están expandiendo incluso a los lugares más estrechos de cada país en el mundo, esto hace que el sector de la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones enfrente nuevos desafíos para satisfacer esta demanda emergente. Considerando toda la situación, los teleoperadores y la población, no solo necesitan mucha más infraestructura y con más urgencia, sino también una infraestructura adecuada y estable. Por ello, este trabajo buscará diseñar un plan de control interno con el apoyo de tecnologías y marcos metodológicos ágiles como TOGAF para la mejora de la arquitectura interna de una empresa de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, y que esta permita rectificar el control, desde el inicio de los procesos de los proyectos de construcción hasta el lanzamiento de una torre o poste para ser utilizado por el teleoperador, enfocado en mantener las sinergias de todas las partes involucradas, con el fin de mantener una visión integral y realista del negocio e implementar futuras estrategias de expansión en base a ello.

In addition, given the circumstances that devastated the world in the year 2020, these needs are rectified, and they are expanding even to the narrowest places of each country in the world, this makes the telecommunications sector face new challenges to meet this emerging demand. Considering the whole situation, the telemarketers and the population not only need much more infrastructure and more urgently, but also an adequate and stable infrastructure.
