description El propósito de la presente investigación es demostrar la incidencia de los Gastos Deducibles y No Deducibles en el Resultado Contable y Tributario en una empresa de Transporte Interprovincial de Pasajeros del Norte, Trujillo 2017, utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño descriptivo, transversal, el cual permite evidenciar que los Gastos Deducibles y No Deducibles inciden generando diferencias permanentes entre el resultado contable y Tributario en la empresa en estudio, valores obtenidos de la muestra que está conformada por la información Contable y Tributaria de una empresa de Transporte Interprovincial de Pasajeros del Norte, Trujillo 2017. Se usó la técnica del análisis documental, cuyo instrumento son las fichas bibliográficas y la técnica conciliación de datos, con el instrumento documentos de trabajo. Al finalizar la presente investigación, se concluye que los Gastos Deducibles y No Deducibles inciden en la empresa de transporte interprovincial de pasajeros del Norte generando diferencias permanentes en el Resultado Contable y Tributario, lo que trae como consecuencia un pago mayor del impuesto a la renta.

Al finalizar la presente investigación, se concluye que los Gastos Deducibles y No Deducibles inciden en la empresa de transporte interprovincial de pasajeros del Norte generando diferencias permanentes en el Resultado Contable y Tributario, lo que trae como consecuencia un pago mayor del impuesto a la renta.The purpose of the present investigation is to demonstrate the incidence of Deductible and Non-Deductible Expenses in the Accounting and Tax Result in a company of Interprovincial Transportation of Passengers of the North, Trujillo 2017, using a quantitative approach with a descriptive, transversal design, which it allows to show that the Deductible and Non-Deductible Expenses affect generating permanent differences between the accounting and Tax results in the company under study, values obtained from the sample that is made up of the Accounting and Tax information of a North Passenger Interprovincial Transport company, Trujillo 2017. The document analysis technique was used, the instrument of which is the bibliographic records and the data reconciliation technique, with the instrument working documents.
