Cabe precisar que ambos tipos de familia se encuentran regulados en la constitución y al concurrir el supuesto de investigación podría vulnerar principios constitucionales de protección a la familia.

Cabe precisar que ambos tipos de familia se encuentran regulados en la constitución y al concurrir el supuesto de investigación podría vulnerar principios constitucionales de protección a la familia.The purpose of this research is to analyze whether today in our legislation it is regulated as a marital impediment that a partner who is part of a formal cohabitation relationship, is prevented from marrying a person other than his partner, based on also protect the coexistence family, as the impediment of a married person from entering into marriage is regulated and this in function of protecting the matrimonial family.
