La población en estudio estuvo compuesta por los 99 colaboradores que tienen la cooperativa, entre los resultados más relevantes se encontró que el 23.23% de los colaboradores indican que el nivel de endomarketing en la Cooperativa San Lorenzo es malo, el 57.58% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 19.19% indicaron que es bueno; asimismo el 21.21% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la satisfacción laboral en los colaboradores de la Cooperativa San Lorenzo es malo, el 64.65% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 14.14% indicaron que el nivel es bueno y se tuvo como conclusión principal que existe relación positiva y significativa entre endomarketing con la satisfacción laboral en los colaboradores de la Cooperativa San Lorenzo, 2020.

The research was of an applied type, non-experimental design, correlational scope and cross sectional. The technique used was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument.
