description La presente tesis tuvo como finalidad determinar la relación de la educación financiera y las finanzas personales en los trabajadores de la empresa Linaje Peruano S.A.C 2023. Para ello, el tipo de investigación es aplicada, nivel descriptivo, transversal, diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo y correlación descriptiva. Se realizó una encuesta estandarizada a los trabajadores de la Empresa y se usó el instrumento de cuestionario a todas las personas que trabajan (30 personas) y se procesaron los resultados obtenidos mediante uso del Programa IBM SPSS a través de la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach para poder obtener la estadística de fiabilidad y el análisis respectivo. Asimismo, se usó la correlación de Rho de Spearman que permitió comprobar la relación entre la hipótesis general y las hipótesis específicas, por otro lado. Se concluye que la educación financiera y las finanzas personales guardan relación entre sí; permitiendo demostrar la importancia de tener la conducta financiera para un control en los ingresos y egresos, los conocimientos de los conceptos financieros en la vida financiera y a su vez el nivel de enseñanza financiera dependerá de los niveles económicos sociales contribuyendo de esta forma con las finanzas personales que permiten mejorar la administración del dinero.

For this, the type of research is applied, descriptive, cross-sectional level, non-experimental design, quantitative approach and descriptive correlation. A standardized survey was carried out on the workers of the Company and the questionnaire instrument was used for all the people who work (30 people) and the results obtained by using the IBM SPSS Program were processed through the Cronbach's Alpha test to obtain the reliability statistics and the respective analysis. Likewise, Spearman's Rho correlation was used, which allowed us to verify the relationship between the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses, on the other hand.
