Se presenta una propuesta de un Colegio inclusivo que tiene como principales usuarios a alumnos regulares y alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales (NEE). La idea principal es promover la educación inclusiva en el país a través de una arquitectura que responde a necesidades reales. De esta manera, el proyecto se convertirá en un referente. A su vez, se busca integrar a la comunidad a través de espacios compartidos. Donde no sólo los alumnos forman parte de ella, sino que se otorgan estos espacios a los vecinos de Manchay. Por otro lado, el énfasis del proyecto es el espacio de interacción social como potenciador de un desarrollo integral. Esto quiere decir que todos los ambientes están pensados para priorizar el confort del alumno, teniendo así, espacios flexibles que se adaptan a diferentes actividades. Por tal motivo, se ha desarrollado un marco teórico, conceptual y el estudio de proyectos referenciales de la tipología, conceptos y énfasis. Tal es así que se ha analizado la situación educativa actual y las características del distrito y del terreno donde se encuentra ubicado el proyecto para poder determinar los criterios de diseño a utilizar También, se evalúa al usuario del proyecto para poder considerar sus necesidades y las actividades que realizan diariamente y de esta manera, poder definir el programa y las áreas del proyecto. Finalmente, con el diseño del proyecto se buscan reforzar varios factores determinantes en el aspecto educacional donde los alumnos puedan desarrollarse de forma óptima. Esto será fundamental para el futuro de la sociedad. A proposal of an inclusive School is presented that has as main users regular students and students with special educational needs (SEN). The main idea is to promote inclusive education in the country through an architecture that responds to real needs. In this way, the project will become a reference. At the same time, it seeks to integrate the community through shared spaces. Where not only the students are part of it, but these spaces are granted to the residents of Manchay. Furthermore, the emphasis of the project is the space of social interaction as an enhancer of an integral development. This means that all the environments are designed to prioritize student comfort, thus having flexible spaces to suit different activities. For this reason, a theoretical, conceptual framework and the study of referential projects of typology, concepts and emphasis have been developed. By these means, the current educational situation, the characteristics of the district and the land where the project is located have been analyzed in order to determine the design criteria to be used. Likewise, the project user is evaluated to be able to consider their needs and the activities they carry out daily, and thus be in a better position to define the program and the areas of the project. Finally, the design of the project seeks to strengthen several determinants in the educational aspect where students can develop optimally. This will be fundamental for the future of society.
