Los sobrevivientes, tras el fallecimiento, experimentan cambios a nivel cognitivo, afectivo y conductual que están mediados por: el contexto en el que se desenvuelve la persona, acceso a un terapeuta capacitado y características personales del sobreviviente para adaptarse a la nueva vida sin el fallecido. Conclusión. El perdón no sería el fin al que los deudos llegarían dentro del proceso de duelo, puesto que este fluctúa entre la aceptación de la muerte y el no perdón.

To explore experience’s factors that facilitate or not forgiveness in loss survivors by suicide. Method. Qualitative, phenomenological, with 6 participants chosen from a sampling for convenience. The instruments used were: sociodemographic record and semi-structured interview guide. Results. Survivors, after death, experience changes at cognitive, affective and behavioral levels that are mediated by: context, access to a trained therapist and personal features of the survivors to adapt to a new life without the deceased. Conclution.
