description Diseño de un Centro Comunitario enfocado a una población en riesgo social, como es el caso del distrito de Ventanilla. Se trata de desarrollar una propuesta integral que proporcione educación, recreación, cuidado, salud y alimentación a niños de Inicial, primaria y secundaria. También cuenta con talleres funcionales para adultos y adolescentes. Este tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la calidad de vida de los usuarios, y brindar un sistema de apoyo a aquellos padres que no pueden cuidar a sus hijos a ciertas horas del día. El Centro consiste en una serie de espacios de uso comunitario; tales como, comedor popular, sala de usos múltiples, biblioteca, aulas y guardería. Se propone un diseño que se adapte a las nuevas corrientes sostenibles; disminuyendo los consumos energéticos mediante las distintas soluciones arquitectónicas, para así favorecer al mejor desarrollo del usuario manteniéndolo en un ambiente de confort.

It develops an integral proposal that integrates education, recreation, personal care, health and alimentation for kids cursing kinder garden, primary and high school. It also counts with functional workshops for teenagers and adults. The main object of the project is to improve the live quality of the users and bringing a support system for the parents who can’t take care of their children at certain hours of the day. The interior of the Center is formed by public use spaces like a dining area, a multipurpose room, a library, classrooms and a nursery. While the exterior counts with resting areas and a recreation zone with a playground for children, there’s also a park which functions as a land for cultivate, it drains and water works with a sustainable design.
