El presente trabajo tiene como propósito realizar la investigación para elaborar un plan de negocios completo para la idea de una plataforma web de rifas llamada ‘’Rifas Plus’’. Este proyecto consiste en la creación de una plataforma web, en donde se tenga como principal socio clave a los emprendimientos, los mismos que serán quienes puedan habilitar diferentes productos en modo de rifas para que los usuarios interesados puedan participar por el premio mayor. El público objetivo al cuál va dirigido este negocio, son personas de entre 18-40 años de los NSE B y C que buscan precios bajos en la adquisición de productos y gustan por participar en sorteos o rifas y, nuevas empresas y/o emprendimientos que busquen incrementar su nivel de engagement. Dentro de la segmentación propuesta, existen muchas personas que no tienen la posibilidad de comprar diversos artículos por los precios altos. Es por ello que se logró identificar una oportunidad en este segmento de usuarios, teniendo en cuenta los factores que no permiten realizar una compra inmediata de algún producto y, además, brindándoles una opción a su alcance e innovadora de participar por los mismos. Para el desarrollo del plan de negocios, se han realizado herramientas importantes tales como: Business Model Canvas (BMC), en donde se ha podido identificar claramente las necesidades de ambos segmentos y la manera en la cual podemos cubrir dichos requerimientos. De esta manera, se ha podido identificar, prototipar, validar, cotizar y aplicar la metodología aprendida para asegurar la viabilidad y escalabilidad del proyecto, en una visión totalmente real y planificada. |

This project consists of the creation of a web platform, where the main key partner is the ventures, the same who will be the ones who can enable different products in raffle mode so that interested users can participate for the jackpot. The target audience to which this business is directed are people between 18-40 years of age from NSE B and C who seek low prices in the acquisition of products and like to participate in raffles or raffles and new companies and / or ventures that seek to increase their level of engagement. There are many people who do not have the possibility to buy various items for the high prices. That is why it was possible to identify an opportunity in this segment of users, considering the factors that do not allow an immediate purchase of a product and, also, offering them an option within their reach and innovative ways to participate for them. For the development of the business plan, important tools have been made such as: Business Model Canvas (BMC), where it has been possible to clearly identify the needs of both segments and the way in which we can meet those requirements.
